We provide all the necessary equipment for the introductory course.
This includes kayaks, paddles, life jackets and dry suits.
Additional equipment must be agreed in advance.
We recommend dressing according to the weather conditions.
Under the dry suit, it is a good idea to have wool on the inside and warm and comfortable clothes on the outside of the inner layer.
We also recommend bringing a change of clothes and towel.
